The ingredients needed to cook Paneer Bhurji:
  1. Take 1 tbsp Oil
  2. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  3. Get pinch Asafoetida
  4. Take 2 Onion finely chopped
  5. Prepare 2 Tomato finely chopped
  6. You need 1 Red capsicum roughly chopped
  7. Use 1 Yellow capsicum roughly chopped
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric
  9. Get 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  10. Get 1 tbsp Dhania powder
  11. Prepare as per taste Salt
  12. Provide as per need Punjabi garam masala
  13. Prepare 150 grams Paneer
  14. Get 1 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing
  15. Prepare 1/2 Lemon
Instructions to make Paneer Bhurji:
  1. First of all mash paneer and keep it aside. - Then after heat oil in a kadai. - Add cumin seeds and asafoetida to it. - Add onion and both red and yellow capsicum to it. - Saute till it becomes translucent.
  2. Add tomato puree and stir for few seconds. - Add all above-mentioned spices to it except lemon and coriander. - Mix it well and cook for 1 min by adding little water to it. - Stir it oftenly. - Check out that it becomes thick gravy and oil separates from it. - Now add crumbled paneer to it.
  3. Mix it well and cook for a minute on low flame. - Off the gas add lemon juice and mix it again. - Take out in the bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves. - And enjoy paneer bhurji with Naan or Parathas.
